Steps to Install Micros RES 4.0 to 4.9

have an XP box I want to load RES.

it's been a while and wish I had made an image.

There are many versions, HF's, patches.

What are the steps to go to 4.9 without going through every version upgrade?

I know you can jump over some but cant find the docs.

suggestions are appreciated. thanks
