Stealing Calls via Call Status

Guys,

Hope you can help again!

MY client has the call status on her PC. She can steal calls from most people but not from some via Call Status

On another PC a different user can not steal any calls via Call Status

Is there some kind of security profile for this that allows users to call steal or any reason why one person can steal calls and the other can not?

It is only possible if PhoneManager is used together with CallStatus on the same PC, it will not work on a terminal like Citrix because all users share the same IP Address.

many thanks for the reply. All the PC's are on the same subnet and there is no Citrix or any Remote enviroments.

Are you saying that to be able to use Call Status you must have Phone Manager?

The people who are experiencing this problem have both apps

Is there a setting in IP Office Manager that allows who can have there calls stealed? Or some sort of profile denying certain people being able to call steal?

The call status is an Administrators programme really not designed to be dished out to everyone, there is no setting to stop it as it's assumed the person using the programme is the system administrator and knows what they are doing.
