Does anyone know the steps to unlock a station? I have a user who locked their phone and now it cannot be unlocked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by locked? what happens when a calls comes to that extention? what happens when the locked extention tries to make a call?

If the station was locked by the station lock feature plaese do the following. Enter station lock deaktivation FAC or press button sta-lock on he phone, type the extension number followed by # and the the security code from the phone followes by #. The station ist now aktivated again
