static window in excel - IT WONT MOVE

excel problem

for some reason a particular worksheet when opened (in cascade mode), has no control box, minimise or maximise buttons, plus I cant move the window by dragging the title bar. However if I open another worksheet in the same 'excel shell' everything is fine. I initially thought that some macros/vb were doing this but i checked and theres nothing there. has anybody come accross this before ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If the workbook has been protected with options chosen to protect the Window, that will look like what you are getting. Unprotect the workbook and see what happens.
