Stat Health Question

When I stat health I get this showing what looks like to me one of the CNI's (out of service), but I am able to swap cores etc just fine.
I found to get those the same to ini the inactive side...

Any comments are appreciated

9201 is on it, that cni is not being used and should be deleted. You stat health in ld ld 135
