STARTTLS patch

I found it on a FreeBSD mirror site (ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/local-distfiles/lioux/tls.patch), via make in /usr/ports/mail/qmail-tls, which just makes qmail-1.03 and then applies the patch from /usr/ports/distfiles/tls.patch.
If you don't have access to a FreeBSD machine, let me know and I'll send you the patch.
