Hi Guys,
I know C and I want to shift to Professional VC++ Windows programming. Please suggest some links and books with plenty of exercises.

Well, there are many different flavors of "professional Windows Programming using VC++". Some of these use Visual C++ but don't use C++, mostly because Windows was written in plain C (and therefore the WinAPI too).
Personally, I do things using the WinAPI and still use C++ in "my part of the program" when possible. I learnt C++ seperately from Windows programming.
If you want to learn WinAPI, search the web for "Charles Petzold: Programming Windows", that's about the best book there is about WinAPI.
