Hi,
I have set up a OMS in win2000 that will monitor 3 oracle dbs in 3 diffrent linux boxes. When I try to start the Oracle Intelligent Agent in the linux servers, the OMS still cannot discover the oracle instances.
In the \network\log directory I found a few logs that
seem to point to an installation problem with the Intelligent Agent.
Here are the files and the messages within:
nmiconf.log:
-----------
warning : Error while sourcing third party discovery file emddiscover.tcl : can't read "tabfile": no such variable
dbsnmp.log:
-----------
NMS-00001: Warning: dbsnmp unable to connect to SNMP master agent
Any ideas?
