Starting iSQLPlus

Hello,

On a Sun Solaris system I have just installed Oracle 9i and built a database (via the dbca). I am new to iSQLPLus so have some newbie questions please:

1. How do you access iSQLPlus from a remote system via a Browser ([port])?
2. How do you start all the related services for iSQLPLus?
3. Are there any Oracle DBA resources available via a web interface that install with Oracle 9i database?
