Startalk General Mailbox

Is there a way in the Startalk Flash to default the general mailbox to an extension? If so how do you do that?
Right now the general MBox is 500 and I want to change it to 221. Any help would be great please.

try the norstar forum, we don't seem to be a lot of help on the key side of nortel

Typically the general delivery mailbox on a Startalk Flash is 100, not 500; however, you should be able to modify the mailbox and assign it to the appropriate extension.
