Startalk disappearing vm box

Have a customer with a 824 and a Flash VM (recently upgraded to 4 ports) complaining about VM not always picking up after 4 rings on extension 27.

The only thing I can think of is that the VM ports aren't picking up, i.e. their busy or the 2 new ports aren't working.

How do I verify they are all working and could there be anything else I'm over looking?

i have had the same issue the only way to check is put 2 b1 dn's on set and watch when they go busy and make a total 4 call into vm
