StarTalk - AA Menu Item Ring Mult. Ext?

I'm still having a bit of trouble setting up CCR and the menus. Is there a way to have a menu item (such as "press 1") to ring multiple extensions?

yes, set up a hunt group in broadcast mode, add the member dns and point the ccr destination to the hunt group.

hopefully you have a fairly recent CICS or MICS with 3 digit extensions.

Hi Mrhinman,
You can also set-up a DN(extension#) and use "answer DN", apply an answer DN to each set you wish to ring. It is advisable to set-up a mailbox for that DN to create a general mailbox for the answer DN, such as "sales Dept or service dept.
