Startalk 180 prompt for touch tone keypad 1

Hi,

Years ago I had to do this and have now come across another and can't remember the process, I hope someone can help.

At the beginning of an AA using the Startalk it prompts the caller to dial one if they have a touch tone keypad. Now i'm sure there is a way of turning this off. But how!?
