When I turn my Toshiba Laptop on I have to reboot it immediately for anything to function correctly. If I don't when I left click the laptop responds as if I right-clicked and the keyboard doesn't work. After I immediately restart everything functions correctly. This has not always been the case but it's been this way for months now.
 
Sounds like an operating system problem.

I've seen that on our Windows 95 machines right around the time they need to be rebuilt or had been zapped by a bunch of noise or a power surge.
