Start Part Button

I'd like to make a button for our standard start part. I'd prefer to just change the "NEW" button in the File menu. Does anyone know what the macro should be? I have AutoCad Lt2000. Thanks.

What is it you're trying to do exactly? Have a button or menu item to load up a specific template?

I solved my problem by saving my company start part, one with standard layer, text and dim. settings, as C:\Program Files\AutoCAD LT 2000\TEMPLATE\aclt.dwt This is what AutoCad opens when you click 'NEW'. I don't want anyone in the company to open the AutoCad new part as it doesn't have our standard settings. Thanks.
