start Crystal Reports Runtime with arguments

Is it possible to start a compiled EXE runtime file from the command prompt with arguments such as ODBC so that I don't need to logon to the DB server at startup?

It can't be done with ODBC, but it can be done with a Vb front end. My cView report viewer saves the login info so the user doesn't need to answer these questions. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
