I am in desperate need of a Starplus 61613 Phone Manual. Our system is acting incredibly quirky, with incoming calls not being received unless answered on the first ring. Can anyone direct me to a URL with this manual or send it to me at jthompson@interlinguainc.com ? We have lost our phones, and our original installer is no longer in business and also don't have one locally that carries the line. We had recently replaced a PC and merely disconnected the phone lines to organize them in a new manner and now our main receptionist's line is continually flashing as if it is online, but it isn't.

Please help.

It sounds to me like the receptionist phone is in auto answer for a headset.
