Star Tag Printer Not Printing Properly

Windows 2000 Server w/ Pro client

The server side STAR Tag Printer refuses to print properly. The identical printer on the Client side prints well. Have tried rolling back drivers and checking to see if the COM 2 chip was properly connected. It was. Any help or further information needed...please respond.
