Standard data required

Hello, folks.

I'm about to popullate a table with country codes and their names. I've found it googling the web.

Now people are asking me to put the matching continent code into another table column.

Does anyone know about some place in the internet where I can find the whole list of countries and its associated continent?
Google is not helping me enough in this matter.

Sorry about the Off-topic, but I thought developers here may have dealed with this issue before...
