Anyone else frustrated with the new changes Avaya has implemented on the SSO support website? First it was the sold-to administration. I can no longer input new sold tos to add to my list, they have to be 'presented' to me. I've waited three months for a new sold to to appear and it hasn't.
Now they've changed the parts replacement and I got to the very end and it errored out.
This is getting ridiculous. They really need to test this stuff more before dumping it on us.
