SSO Website Changes

Anyone else frustrated with the new changes Avaya has implemented on the SSO support website? First it was the sold-to administration. I can no longer input new sold tos to add to my list, they have to be 'presented' to me. I've waited three months for a new sold to to appear and it hasn't.

Now they've changed the parts replacement and I got to the very end and it errored out.

This is getting ridiculous. They really need to test this stuff more before dumping it on us.
 
lol. I hear you. I started this topic awhile ago.


I wasn't happy the last time Avaya changed their web site. I've calmed some since then, but it still stinks that any old books marks don't redirect to the new page. Avaya really needs better web designers.
