ssl proxy

I have a device that runs a stripped version of bsd and appache. It servers content over http(80) only. I want to put this in a DMZ and make it available to the public. My problem is that i cant touch this box and want to use ssl to encrypt logins. Is there a way to create or put a box in front of this and have it act as a ssl proxy?
