Hi Gurus, I have a linux box(redhat9) that has 94gb of data that I want to transfer over to another linux box(running fedora3) that has 100gb HD, is there a way to transfer over the data using ssh and/or tar to another machine? Can I send the whole lot in one go or do I need to split the data. Your help would be appreciated.

SSH is pretty fast

scp -r /somedir user@remotehost:/remotedir
