SRG Question

I have an SRG linked to our main campus as the primary SigServer and the secondary to another campus (campuse B) as a backup.
Sometime yesterday the SRG took a glitch and registered itself to the secondary. I have rebooted the SRG and it stills shows registered to the secondary campus. Short of having to reboot Campus B (where the SRG is pointing to, even after the reboot, and still not passing 4 digits calls) and the main campus. what are my options?

Power cycle (not just reboot) the SRG and see if it comes back up to the Primary NCS.
