SQLServer Database Tuning/Monitoring course

Does anyone out there know of any courses that pertain to database tuning and monitoring? I am looking for a more advanced SQLServer course related to the above in the Boston area. If not in the Boston area I'd be interested in a course anywhere in the US. I've found that the courses at New Horizons and Learning Tree cover the basics and don't tend to get into the more advanced topics like using SQL Profiler effectively and database tuning. I would appreciate any help on this issue. If not a course does anyone out there know of a good technical resource on the above?
