Hi

Having a problem with SQL Server 7.0 running on NT4 Server SP6a. Connections through IIS are working without fault, however on trying to log in from within Windows as the System Administrator I receive the following message:

SQL Server does not exist or Access Denied ConnectionOpen((Connect())..

The login details are correct as I can login via another server, the problem only occurs when logging onto enterprise manager on the host server.

Any ideas?

From the enterprise manager make sure you have registered the server correctly. Check the server name, the user id and password.
