SQL Server conflicts with Pervasive SQL

Are conflicts evident when having Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Pervasive running on the same machine....?

I have a server which is running SQL Server 2000 locally. I'm interested in installing the CLIENT version of Pervasive SQL which will connect to a seperate server running the Pervasive SQL.

Will this create any conflicts with my SQL Server 2000 databases?
