Hi

I am having problems restoring a MASTER backup. The process fails before completion. Approaching the problem from another angle (creating an instance) also fails.

I would greatly appreciate help on this problem. Thanks in advance.

Give us more detail please. From which angles have you approached the problem?[ol][li]What method/tools did you use to attempt the restore? It is hard to recommend something when we don't know what you did.
[li]When the attempts failed, what messages did you get? Messages are helpful in determining the cause of the failure.
