Hi,
Which is the faster when working with remote data, say SQL Server: SQL Pass-through or Remote Views? I am about to start a new project and want to know the facts so that I can decide which method to use.

While, like many questions, the answer is &quot;it depends&quot;, you may want to read thread184-456115 first for some ideas. < hint > Remote Views are almost NEVER recommended except as a quick way to convert an existing application that is already using local views.
