Dear all,
We have a number of old servers that run Windows/SQL 2000. Due to the age of these servers and the configuration I have purchased a replacement server.
The new server will hold all the DB's from all 3 of the old servers, with this in mind I have ensured the server is as fast as possible, with a good number of processors and plenty of memory, etc etc
I've always installed SQL in 2000 and though I've installed Windows 2003 servers I've never built one that will hold SQL 2000.
Is there any issues in doing so? I've looked around and found the odd thread etc but nothing concrete.
Many thanks in advance.
Regards
D.
