SQL Help

I am using SQL statements to import data from Access
databases into other applications (Excel, etc.). My
questions is can I use SQL (or some other means) to
import the table names and field names of an Access
database.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Actually, you can export the data out as an Excel file.

There are too many records (500,000+) to export into
an Excel file.
