SQL Express 2005 Database Connection Problem

Hello,
I am new to sqlexpress 2005, and i am having a connection problem when i upload my database file to my web host. My connection works fine locally on all of my asp/vb.net pages. Where am i going wrong? I am using VS 2005.

My connection string:

 Dim con As String = "Data Source=.\SQLEXPRESS;AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|\WeToddz.mdf;Integrated Security=True;User Instance=True"

Are you sure that the webhost is running sql express and that the instance is called "SQLEXPRESS"?
