I've just spent the better part of an hour and a half roaming through MSDN and am more confused now than when I started. In plain english, can someone explain what an SQL Construct is, and what it is used for?
 
More specifically, I want to structure the where clause to reference a dsn connection. I know that this exists with linked servers and you just reference serverName, database, owner and table...but any ideas on connection thru dsn?
