new to the batch file setup, we had a consultant setup another SQL backup/batch file and i basically tried to copy and modify it but the error code is 2
"none of the requested files were backed up"
Trying to backup a Trackit/blueocean SQL db

The 2 bch files its using are:

C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\DbExt\MsSql\trackit65.bch

C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\DbExt\MsSql\trackit65arc.bch

Inside those bch files are the following:

trackit65.bch =
OPERATION BACKUP
OBJECTTYPE FILE
OBJECTNAME "TRACKIT65_DATA"
DATABASE "TRACKIT65_DATA"
SQLHOST "TRACKIT"
NBSERVER "BUMASTER"
MAXTRANSFERSIZE 0
BLOCKSIZE 0
ENDOPER TRUE

trackit65arc.bch =
OPERATION BACKUP
DATABASE "TRACKIT65_DATA"
SQLHOST "TRACKIT"
NBSERVER "BUMASTER"
MAXTRANSFERSIZE 0
BLOCKSIZE 0
OBJECTTYPE TRXLOG
ENDOPER TRUE

This is easy to setup. From your SQL Server, open the SQL Agent Client and select the database you are wanting to backup. Then you select to save your creation as a batch file.
