Hi All,

My SQL backup always give status 1. WHY? The default-application-backup associated with SQL database backups when SQL policies are created always give status 0 for all the individual databases but the end status report for the policy gives status 1.

Anyone with any suggestion?

I have NetBackup 6.0 MP4 on W2k3 enterprise server and my SQL is SQL 2000 server.

Be sure that all of your DB's are actually backing up. You can have a DB that does not backup at all. I have had a situation where 11 DB's were being backed up, 10 actually reported status 0, and no report at all for 1. The overall job was status 1, and it turned out that someone had changed permissions on that 11th DB.
