Does anyone know of a third party utility that I can use forSQL Alerts?

For Example, in my DB Maintenance plans I only can get alerted for either failures or successes. I want something that will alert me of both. Also, something that works with my DTS packages for notifications.

I think all SQL Alerts are sent to the NT/2000 Event Log. If there's no specific SQL Server alert product I'm sure there are a few for NT/2000.
