sql 6.5 backup to msde

Hi,

I have backup of a database which has been taken via sql 6.5 backup tool. Now I want to restore it to MSDE. How can I convert it so MSDE can get it? The extension of the file is *.dat but MSDE tool asks for *.bak . Is this possible?
