Spyware troubles 2

Hi my computer using Win95 and IE5.5 has recently been hyjacked by some kinda spyware which auto loads cool search when I boot IE....plus other stuff probably.

I downloaded spybotsd12.exe Spybot Search and Destroy which seemed to installed properly but when I try to run it it tells me it requires WSA_32.dll

I cannot find this dll anywhere.

Please help my clean this mess up

You need the Microsoft Winsock update..

That fixed my Spybot problem...the software ran and found one problem which it fixed...but it hasn't completely fixed my browser problem.

It still automatically loads Cool Search...it is pissin' me off frankly
