spool32 error & PrinTray.dll not found error...

i recently upgraded printers on my win95 machine from a hp832c to a hp940c. i uninstalled the 832 and installed the 940. now i keep getting spool32 error and PrinTray.dll not found error. this pc is connected to a network and the printer is shared in the network. so, i upgraded to win98, and i still get the same problem. any suggestions out there?

If you have Mcafee antivirus on the system trying removing the sh? extension in the System scan properties page. This may help with the spooler32 errors. As for the other I will have to do more research for this.

thanks for the quick reply, but i don't have a virus scanner on that pc.
