I was just wondering how you would go about dividing my 1 hard drive into 2 or 3 seperate drives. For example 1 for all my games and 1 for windows. I'm using windows xp pro.

thanks

By using a very well known peace of software called Partition Magic.
Alternative is to clean install and multiple partition on setup but you will loose all drive info this way. Martin Just trying to help, sometimes falling short, I am only human after all.

Further to paparazi's excellent reply... make sure you leave plenty of room for XP, it expands dramatically as it goes along. I would recommend at least 4GB for XP plus space for whatever programs are to be loaded on the same partition.

You can also use a dos program called FIPS in creating another partition. You won't loose any data by doing this. If you need one, I can email it to you.
