Split/skill summary weekly report with centreVu v9/ CMS r3v6report is only showing the last friday of the week, no matter what we I run on this report. daily, weekly,monthy reports should be able to run with out a problem, any help would be great.
Are you putting the date for the weekly report in as the Sunday of the week you want to pull?
Also, you may want to check the Maintenance error log to see if data didn't archive. At the end of every day the interval data will archive into daily data. At the end of the week, the daily data will archive into weekly data. If the CMS is off or down, the data will not archive properly and you will have to do it manually.
I can run a weekly report without any problem from two weeks ago, its like I am behind two weeks. I have to wait until next week in order to be able to run my report for this week.
You can only run a weekly report when the week is over. Meaning, you can only run this week's weekly report after it is over. It is usually over on Saturday, so you should be able to pull it by Sunday.
If the week has already passed and you still can't get the report to run, you will probably have to run a manual archive (also called summarization.)
To do this, go to "System Setup" and then "Data Summarizing". Select the weekly summary, and then put in the date as any day within the previous week and then run. If it still doesn't fix the problem, you may have a daily archive that didn't run properly. If there is a day that you can't pull a daily report for, you can manually summarize that day as written above, and then try summarizing the week again. If all of the days are not summarized/archived properly, then the weekly data won't archive properly either.

One more thing, How long dose it take to do "Data Summarizing". Select the weekly summary, and then put in the date as any day within the previous week and then run. I started this process before i left yesterday and it's still running. would it take this long?
No it shouldn't take that long. It normally doesn't take more than 10 minutes. Are you sure that all of the days in the week are summarized properly. Meaning, can you run daily reports for each day last week. If not, run the daily summarization first. Then run the weekly. Otherwise, I would try running it again. If it still doesn't work properly, then you may have to call Avaya.
