I am looking for some help on the above report. Basically we have calls which go into our IVR and then transfer out of the IVR. We seem to get instances of the extension out calls being greater than the ACD calls, how can this be possible?

Thanks.
 
It seems to do it intermittently, eg, today it has happened in about 7 interval period.
