speed up scroll bar

i just reinstalled my os. i notice that my scrolling is very slow. looks like a wave. is there a way to speed this up? i did a google search but can't locate anything. ty.

On my desktop, right click, go to properties\effects\uncheck Use for transition effects and tool tips\ hit apply\ok

Go to start\settings\control panel\mouse\play with the properties until you get the desired speed.
