Speed Dialing Number Match

On a MICS I have been able in the past to override the incoming CID NAME with the name listed within the speed dial code that the callers NUMBER matches.

I am having a problem with a client that has a MICS 4.1 with only the 2 digit speed dial code features. Could it be that that feature was not introduced in 4.1?
