spectel conference bridge

i think you may want to look at cbutil on the bridge.
this will allow you to enter a DNIS number and define how calls to the DNIS are treated on the bridge.
note - i dont know the spectel too well, but this is how the Avaya Meeting Exchange (which was spectel) does it, so assume the same commands.
