I have two printers I frequently use at my work office. My default printer which is connected to my PC, and a network laser printer. Is there any way I can set up Access to always use the network printer when I print without changing my default printer?
The easiest way to do this is, In your report design view, from the menu bar select file/page setup, select "Page" tab, then click on specific printer, and select the printer you want for this report
