Hello,

I would like to know how or why I can not insert a special character from the character map into a text box in Illustrator.

I want to insert or paste the 'e' with the bar over it, and everytime I paste it, it shows up as '?'......

Any ideas...

Mac or PC? What OS? What version of Illustrator?
