Hi. It is CM 8. Can some body help how to setup to initiate a call from a single extension to group of extensions on speaker directly?? I mean we wants that we are able to announce some internal memos on multiple extensions through their speaker like a PA system.

Can we configure this feature in avaya?

Command: list group-page
add, change, remove to administer groups

Hi.
I am able to configure a group call and it is working ok. I have some queries regarding the group page as given below

1- We are using four different CORs (2,3,4,5) for our extensions. The administrator wants that every user should be able to dial the group page
number. At present only user having COR 2 are able to dial the paging extension, it is due to the COR 2 is set in paging group. How can i
allow all users to able to dial the paging extension?

2- what is "Group Timeout (secs): 0" for??

3- If a user (in the paging group) is busy then is he still able to listen the group page???

Regards

msk69 - please check the Avaya CM Feature Implementation Guide (PDF, is googleable). It will answer all these questions. 1 and 2 should be covered by the configuration part, and 3 should be covered in the caveats and usage.
