spam imc message filtering block unblock now no emails

Budget cuts keeps me from buying 3 party software
Spam filtering by manually by entering in message filtering

Entered one of our customers address by mistake
Removed it but still do not recieve their emails ?

Please Help

Only other tid bit, my network assistant was let go last week and the password of the domain was changed. Not sure if exchange has an issue with this or the sequence of time

I have the same porblem.
I even try re-starting the MS-Internet Mail Service.
Finally, I schedule a re-boot on the server late at night and everything went fine.
