Why do I occasionally receive spam mail with the from: header from my own email address? Thanks!

Thanks, gigahertz.Question:after examining the header, if I block mail from originator at my Exchange server, will that help in instances like this? Thanks again.

Probably. I use McAfee SpamKiller at home and it can use a rule that if the sender address is the same as the recipient address it kills it as Spam.
