Does anybody know of a corparate spam filter that will bolt into Exchange, I don't want to have to provide it for every client.

There are LOTS of posts/threads relating to this question,and lots of available commercial products. Initially you might try using both "block spam" & "spam filter" as keywords, and doing a "key word search" on this Tech Tips site. You can post follow-up questions in specific threads.
